Membership Form

PAN has decided to become a membership organisation. The decision has been made for several reasons:

Informally PAN has been a been a membership organisation for some time. We give a great deal of support to both individuals and organisations. Invariably this support turns into a long term relationship.
PAN is involved in fundamental issues and we are being pressed to raise the organisation’s profile. Membership will achieve this.
PAN will become more responsive and pro-active.
PAN will become more immediately accountable.
It will be easier for PAN to organise seminars, conferences, meetings etc.
It will be easier for PAN as a membership and incorporated organisation to raise income via grant funding. This will enable us to reduce costs to recipients.
Membership is fully in line with PAN’s philosophy of empowerment and self-development in that members will individually and as a group be encouraged to full participation.
A secure online newsletter and discussion group newsletter would mean more effective networking.
On receipt of your application, PAN will forward you your membership number, and a password to access the secure area of the website.
In the Member’s Area, you can link to other members and discuss issues of particular interest to you, use the noticeboard to post information about your interests, find an advocate or make your skills more widely available, access the newsletter, and become part of PAN’s community for change.
